This collection contains 571 vocabulary entries and 167 kanji, organized into 40 short lessons. Vocabulary and kanji groups alternate while both are available, preserving the order in each source file. The N4 label comes from the supplied material and does not mean this is a complete or official examination syllabus.

Vocabulary cards include the supplied kana readings, Latin transliterations and parts of speech where available. Kanji cards retain their on and kun readings in notes; the first supplied reading is used for reading exercises, rather than requiring you to type every reading as a single answer. Available example sentences are retained with the entry. Readings and meanings have not been independently proofread.
